Weddings Packages

Basic wedding - $550; $100 deposit required

I shoot and provide 6 rolls of 24 exposure 35mm color or black and white film, or a combination of both; plus one roll of medium format film for formal portraits
Upon completion of the wedding I give you the film and you look after the processing; the negatives are yours to keep.
This package includes photographs at the brides house or another pre-arranged location prior to the ceremony, photos at the ceremony, formal portraits, and reception pictures. Coverage time: up to 6 hours.

 

Deluxe wedding - $850; $100 deposit required

I shoot and provide up to 8 rolls of 24 exposure 35mm color or black and white film, sepia, or a combination of all three; plus 24 high resolution digital images.

Upon completion of the wedding I will look after the processing and provide you with one set of 4"x6" proofs in an album a few days following the wedding; the negatives are yours to keep.

This package includes photographs at the brides house or another pre-arranged location prior to the ceremony, photos at the ceremony, formal portraits, and reception pictures. Coverage time: until the wedding is over.

Digital Wedding - $750: $100 deposit

Up to 150 high resolution digital images, Color or B @ W on CD. Includes one set of 4x6 proofs in an album. Full coverage as above until wedding concludes.

Wedding by the hour

$125 per hour; 35mm only, black and white or color; you choose what is to be photographed and where; travel costs extra, Truro area only.

 

Portraits, Special Events, Sports, Promotional and Pet Photography

Film - $65 per hour, plus film costs,
35mm or medium format, black and white or color; travel costs extra.

Digital - $75 per hour includes images on CD; travel extra.

Commercial

Food, Product, Scenic, Advertorial, News
By the job - price to be agreed upon with client depending on needs and format, plus film costs.

 

Photo Restoration

Fees vary according to what the client wants done. I need to see the image first to provide a quote. Basic restorations start at $50.

These services are done on computer using special software and I print them myself on ink jet photo paper, maximum size 8" x10". Modern digital retouching techniques allow me to remove cracks and stains, change backgrounds, replace missing parts, restore faded color, remove objects or people from images, and enlarge or reduce your original photograph. I can also colorise black and white photos or convert color photos to black and white or sepia tone.

Print Prices

Prints of Brian Rau Photography images are available in sizes 5"x7" ($15), 8"x10" ($25), 11"x14" ($40), 16"x20" ($60) and 20"x30" ($80).
